The PIXMA PRO-10 Wireless Professional Inkjet Printer has features that help produce incredible output. A 10-color Lucia Pigment Ink system features three black inks for amazing monochrome prints and a Chroma Optimizer to insure that the inks lay smooth on the paper which reduces metamarism and bronzing. Since the Lucia inks are pigment based, your prints will have incredible longevity and phenomenal photo vividness.

Sharing technology with the rest of the Pixma Pro line, the PIXMA PRO-10 utilizes the Optimum Image Generating (OIG) System to insure that what you see is exactly what you get. The OIG System analyzes each area of the print and chooses the best ink mixture so you see the colors you expect to see in your print.

Print Studio Pro2 plug-in software (included) makes it even easier to get amazing results from your favorite photo applications. Add to that connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB and you have a professional machine that easily fits into your workflow and one that you can place almost anywhere.

For media support, the PIXMA PRO-10 features two paper trays to handle almost any printing requirement– a rear tray for a variety of fine art and glossy photo papers, and a manual slot for thicker media. Included in the Giveaway Package are two, 50-sheet boxes of Red River’s 66lb. PALO DURO SATIN paper in 8.5 x 11 and 13 x 19. It’s one of the finest photo satin papers made and a perfect match for the printer, with the look and feel of a professional lab print. Learn more here.

The PIXMA PRO-10 uses Lucia Pigment Inks with expanded color range, improved color saturation and deeper, darker blacks that take photographic printing to the next level. Each professional quality print delivers accurate color reproduction – from hard-to-reproduce skin tones to multi-hued landscapes – and breathtaking detail.

The system’s photo black, matte black and gray monochrome inks help reduce bronzing, enhance the density of blacks, and significantly expand the dynamic range of your grayscale photographic prints – especially in dark and shadow areas. And both color and grayscale prints exhibit smooth tonal gradations between areas of highlight and shadow. Get the full scoop on the PIXMA PRO-10’s features and more here.

Jeanne Burtnett, our Giveaway winner, is a computer forensic technician from Florida who’s interested in nature and landscape photography. She says this is the first time she’s ever won anything. Jeanne recalls that she began doing photography in high school, stopped for awhile and then got back into it when DSLRs became affordable. “Though I still regard myself as a beginner,” she says, “I’m getting better with practice and I spend many weekends out at the wetlands in the area, taking pictures of local birds.”
